Angel Gracia is a writer, director, producer, and entrepreneur with extensive experience in marketing and film & television production. For over a decade, he served as a director and partner executive producer at Ridley Scott and Associates, working on global campaigns and high-profile productions. He later co-founded Creative Tank, a production company specializing in film, television, and content creation. Throughout his career, Angel has collaborated with Fortune 500 companies worldwide and earned recognition across the industry, with awards ranging from a Student Academy Award to multiple Emmys and Cannes Lions.

Sandra Avila

STRATEGIC ADVISOR

A 20- year veteran in the entertainment industry, Sandra Avila has an established track record with extensive relationships in Hollywood. She currently serves as a Partner at Inclusion, a management company where she has interfaced with over 350 buyers from studios, networks and streaming platforms in an effort to expand content in all media markets.

Richard Judson

CEO

Richard Judson is currently a partner at The Creative Development Team and the C.F.O. of Creative Tank Inc., an award winning content creator production company, while continuing to work as a commercial real estate agent and financier. His extensive connections in finance help to get the most difficult and profitable deals closed and executed with an emphasis on debt. Originally from New Orleans, he obtained a bachelors degree in finance from the University of New Orleans.

Romy peniche

ART DIRECTOR

Romy Peniche is an art director and producer of film, TV, and digital content. She is a co-founder of Creative Tank, a production company specializing in film, television, and advertising. She has produced and directed shows for ReelShort and Crazy Maple Studios, and co-produced the Lionsgate feature How the Gringo Stole Christmas starring George Lopez. Her career began as an art director for Televisa.

Gina McLean

DESIGN CONSULTANT

Gina joined our company in 2006 and brings 12 years of invaluable construction knowledge to our Design Department. Her main focus is on client design meetings, coordination with owners, architects and engineering; code analysis, ADA compliance and city permitting.

Tony Meehan

GENERAL CONTRACTOR

Tony began his illustrious 40+ year construction career in Ireland while attending a construction trade school in 1973. After 4 years of training, he left home to start his career as a project manager for a construction company in New York. By 1982, Tony had moved on to further his career as a home builder.
